Drive Sales Growth with Window Nation

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Growth Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by engaging with homeowners and showcasing our high-quality products.

About the Role:

  • Memorize and recite prepared scripts or statements to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and engage with potential customers to build relationships and generate interest in our products.
  • Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, to homes in your territory.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to sway opinions and close sales.
  • Attend community events, trade shows, and other opportunities to meet potential customers and promote our brand.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas set by Window Nation.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of work experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
  • A strong desire to work outdoors and engage with customers in their homes.
