### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our retail pharmacy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective administration and management of our retail pharmacy operations.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services, including drug information, patient education, and monitoring of therapeutic drug regimes.
* Prioritize and delegate job tasks to ensure timely completion and optimize productivity.
* Review and approve all retail medication orders for appropriate and rational therapy, checking for proper dosages, potential drug interactions, and adverse reactions.
* Assume responsibility for running weekly and monthly reports to track pharmacy performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Enforce and educate pharmacy personnel and other related health practitioners on laws, codes, and regulations that pertain to our services and equipment.
