- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop and implement education plans to empower patients, families, and healthcare professionals with knowledge and skills for better healthcare choices.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and resolve issues.
- Work effectively with colleagues and community members to create a comprehensive care plan and delegate tasks as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a specialized field of study in nursing.
- Minimum of one year of recent, full-time experience in Cardiovascular Progressive Care & ICU.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
