As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of an occupational therapist to plan, implement, and administer programs to restore or enhance performance in children with functional impairments.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize our state-of-the-art therapy gym and facilities to enhance the treatment experience for our young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual client services and determine priority needs for occupational therapy
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals
  • Monitor patients' progress and provide support and encouragement
  • Assist in instructing patients and families in home programs and daily living skills
  • Observe and record patients' progress, attitudes, and behavior
  • Maintain documentation of progress, observations, and treatment

Requirements:

  • Completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program accredited through the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
  • Arizona license or eligible for license under statuses in Arizona
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
