We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Dallas, TX. As a travel nurse with GLC on the GO, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Intensive Care Unit
  • BSN degree or higher
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work 3x12 hour night shifts
