Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Carl Buddig & Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our shipping and receiving department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient movement of products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Pick and stage outbound shipments, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Clear packaging area by securing and loading finished pallets, moving empty pallets
  • Maintain a safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic, following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations
  • Participate in monthly inventory process and maintain accurate inventory levels

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less and lift up to 35 pounds for 30 minutes at a time
  • Flexibility to work as needed and willingness to work within the two businesses (OW and CBC)
  • Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and squat as needed for housekeeping responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties
