The Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Merchant Solutions Advisor to play a key role in our team's success. As a Merchant Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing payment processing solutions to small business clients primarily through 1:1 partnerships with assigned group of small business specialists, financial centers, and other internal partners. You will also leverage your knowledge of merchant payment processing solutions, pricing, software, gateways, and security to drive sales and revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with internal partners to provide subject matter expertise on merchant payment processing pricing, software, gateways, and security.
  • Identify opportunities proactively and develop a pipeline for sales opportunities with internal partners and clients.
  • Act as a champion for clients by connecting expertise across the company to help them achieve their goals.

What We Offer
$69,500 - $94,000 annualized salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
