Nutritional Services Supervisor

• Oversee the preparation of menus in accordance with established recipes, portion control, and dietary needs.
• Supervise food production processes to ensure nutrient preservation and adherence to quality standards.
• Effectively manage food procurement and budgeting practices.
• Provide training to staff on safe food handling, equipment operation, and hygiene protocols.
• Conduct nutritional evaluations for incoming residents.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certification from the Certified Dietary Managers Association or a commitment to obtain it.
• In-depth understanding of long-term care regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
