Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals, working efficiently to maintain a smooth and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust, ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Support your manager and team members, stepping in to help when needed and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
