Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Apartment Watchperson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring a parking lot within an apartment complex and responding to any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot to ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or suspicious activity, and report to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.

Work Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be available to work 2-4 nights per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Compensation:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour.
