Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assess patients' medical conditions and provide comfort measures to manage pain and symptoms.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Notify healthcare teams and family members of patients' deaths.
  • Offer bereavement support and resources to grieving families.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Accredited certification in hospice and palliative care required.
  • Two (2) years experience as a hospice/Intensive Care Unit or Long Term Care nurse preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage stress and emotional challenges.
