Job Summary

As a Polysomnographic Technologist at CHRISTUS Health, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders in our outpatient setting. Your expertise will be essential in administering various sleep studies, scoring sleep studies, and documenting test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer sleep studies to diagnose sleep disorders
  • Score sleep studies and document test results
  • Collect specimens for analysis when applicable
  • Apply recording devices to patients, clean and sterilize equipment, and maintain the sleep lab area
  • Recognize sleep pathology and respond appropriately to protocols within AASM guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in an established sleep center preferred
  • RPSGT, CPSGT, RT-SDS certifications
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification preferred

Our sleep lab is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care.
