Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Gatehouse Attendant to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a safe and secure community environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and directions as needed.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the property.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with residents, management, and security personnel, reporting incidents and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all traffic entering and exiting the property, including vehicular and pedestrian activity.
  • Community Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized gatehouse, ensuring a positive first impression for residents and guests.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role or gatehouse position preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time non-exempt position, requiring a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the community. The Gatehouse Attendant will work in a small structure, potentially outdoors, and may be required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
