Role Overview:
  • Examine, interpret, and uphold financial records and statements
  • Monitor assets, liabilities, and tax obligations
  • Execute daily accounting functions and manage the general ledger
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure precise inventory management and sales tracking
  • Prepare and submit accurate tax documentation to relevant authorities
Primary Duties:
  • Administer payroll processes for employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now
  • Establish and reconcile accounts, finalize monthly financials, and support auditors
  • Oversee bank, credit card, payroll, and client accounts
  • Engage with all departments and report directly to the Vice President of Finance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience in global business operations
