About the Job

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance to ensure continuous operation and longevity.
  • They will also diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
