Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Adhere to all facility, federal, and state regulations while performing duties.
- Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in delivering quality care.
- Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, mobility assistance, and positioning.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for all residents.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Must possess an active STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
