Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication disorders.
  • Evaluate and Assess Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and assess patients' communication disorders.
  • Establish Treatment Goals and Milestones: Collaborate with patients and their families to establish realistic treatment goals and milestones.
  • Document Progress and Reports: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate with Relevant Parties: Update patients, families, and healthcare professionals on treatment progress and recommendations.
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments: Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with best practices in speech and language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience in Speech Pathology: Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Positive and Patient Demeanor: Possess a positive and patient demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
