Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $35 to $38.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role of the Nurse is to deliver medical oversight, care, education, and support to the youth under their supervision. Performance metrics will include individual outcomes, achievement of personal targets/goals, contributions to the overall program team, and alignment with the organization's culture.

  • Oversee medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Address client medical needs promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists to provide professional nursing care.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and comply with any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards relevant to the department.
  • Hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • No minimum years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
