Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain accurate documentation of inspection results
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Conduct thorough inspections of parts and materials using specialized equipment
- Generate inspection check sheets and reports
- Assist in production and quality control processes
- Clean and maintain inspection equipment
- Assist in training and development of other employees
- Research and purchase new inspection equipment as needed
- Perform in-process inspections and quality control checks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of experience in inspection or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic math skills and knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately and work at a rapid pace
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Intermediate understanding of inspection equipment and methods
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical data
