Nuclear Medicine Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Supervisor to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Nuclear Medicine department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Nuclear Medicine technologists and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain radiation safety standards and protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on new procedures and technologies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist license.
- 5 years of experience in radiation safety, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nuclear medicine or health administration.
