Clinical Dietitian - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at The Woodlands Hospital. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of our patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop intervention plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions
  • Update patient plans as needed and follow up with patients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Dietitian State license in applicable states
