About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Elanco Animal Health Incorporated. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff and operators
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical or biopharma
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as GMPs and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
