Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized coding, software integration, and analysis to configure solutions using tools specific to the project or area.
  • Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards.
  • Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
  • Build in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
  • Typically lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.
  • Solve complex technical and operational problems and act as a resource for teammates with less experience.
  • May oversee the work of a small team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices.
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years' experience as a developer for Camunda Workflow Engine.
  • 4 or more years' experience working with business process engine tools and BPMN.
  • 4 or more years' experience developing web-based applications in multiple technologies.
  • Experience in developing and consuming REST and SOAP based services using Java and Spring Boot framework with any relational database as backend.
  • Have experience in CI/CD and Dev Ops implementation.
  • Have experience in debugging distributed systems with high data loads.
  • Have working experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies specifically in SAFe.
  • Have knowledge/experience with various computing architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced variable environment.
  • Banking or financial services experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Sitting: Constantly (More than 50% of the time)
  • Standing: Frequently (25% - 50% of the time)
  • Walking: Frequently (25% - 50% of the time)
  • Visual / Audio / Speaking: Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
  • Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding: Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
  • Availability: Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
  • Travel: Minimal and up to 10%.
