Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,359.36, which includes a base pay of $48,226.91 and potential bonus and commission earnings based on performance. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential while developing valuable skills and expertise.

Job Description
As a licensed realtor at CB&A, Realtors, you will be responsible for cultivating connections with clients, meeting with potential buyers and sellers, and showcasing properties that match their criteria. Your duties will also include staying in touch with clients to boost sales, hosting engaging open houses, and overseeing the entire process from listing to closing. By working closely with our team leaders, you'll gain valuable insights and expertise to excel in your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. You must also be self-motivated, driven by ambition, and exhibit excellent organization and time management skills. A valid Real Estate License is required for this role.
