Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Group Manager to lead our industrial hygiene practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial hygiene and experience managing projects of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor industrial hygiene projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to client requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates to clients, ensuring proper scoping of services and pricing for desired profitability.
  • Lead the daily operations of the industrial hygiene group, including staff training, development, and performance review, as well as utilization of equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify, develop, and execute project opportunities and build client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline practiced by the firm, such as engineering, environmental science, or geology.
  • 8 years of practice experience in industrial hygiene, with experience managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
Preferred Certification

Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
