About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Specialist to join our team as a Traveling Interventional Technologist. As a key member of our cath lab team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, and electrophysiology studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for cardiac catheterization procedures, including angioplasties and electrophysiology studies
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cath lab efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
