As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, documenting resident records, and maintaining a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Document resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident medications and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure resident care is coordinated and effective
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and regulations
Requirements
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide)
  • Experience in a long-term care or home care setting preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
