Job Description
At Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and confirm patient demographic information
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation
  • Coordinate with doctors to complete medical records
  • Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
  • Complete administrative tasks as required


Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist/Customer Service
  • Ability to collect and input detailed information
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
