Physical Therapist

Catholic Health Service is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide acute care services to patients with cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, pulmonary, and medical-surgical conditions.

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments for patients
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide education to patients and family members on physical therapy techniques and exercises
• Work with the team to ensure seamless transition planning and care coordination

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• NYS Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• BLS certification required
