Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our Backend Engineering Team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the architecture of our cloud-based platform, leading a team of developers, and introducing tools and processes to scale our development processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement the architecture of our cloud-based platform
- Lead a team of 2-4 backend developers to deliver high-quality product features
- Introduce tools and processes to scale and accelerate our development processes
- Work with product and design teams to plan and deliver on new product features
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent degrees
- 8+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer and/or Tech Lead
- Experience in building enterprise software platforms
- Hands-on architecture design and coding skills
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python)
- Hands-on experience with deploying and managing apps on the cloud (AWS/Google)
We offer a competitive salary range of $220-260k, plus additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holidays, wellness, vacation, and more.
