Radiology Technologist Job Summary

A Radiology Technologist at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital is responsible for performing diagnostic exams and ensuring patient safety. We welcome new graduates to apply for this PRN position, offering flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights:
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing various exams for departments within the hospital.
  • Upholds patient safety and exam quality using ALARA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform exams for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Process studies electronically for accurate and timely report turnaround.
  • Maintain radiology equipment, supply inventory, and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology and ARRT certification or eligibility.
  • Valid driver's license.
What You'll Get:
  • $25-$37.75 per hour hourly range.
  • Casual/fill-in-as-needed work schedule.
