Job Title: Psychiatry Physician - Emergency & Consult Liaison

Job Summary
Geisinger Emergency Psychiatry and Consult Liaison Service is seeking a skilled Psychiatry Physician to join our team. As a key member of our consult liaison service, you will provide expert psychiatric care to patients in various inpatient and emergency department settings. Our innovative hub-and-spoke delivery design allows for seamless integration and assimilation of partner facilities into our network, ensuring continuity of services in remote regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy an innovative hub-and-spoke consult model to provide consult services through onsite and telemedicine interventions.
  • Collaborate with a team of providers to provide service to 6 locations in the Geisinger service area.
  • Work in a collaborative environment to offer a broad variety of patients in various inpatient and emergency department settings.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania.
