Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lexington Medical - Extended Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current South Carolina license as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic first aid knowledge and current CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.00.
- Full-time position with 36 hours per week.
