About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Vans team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales growth by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and using effective selling behaviors.
  • Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer-ready by meeting brand standards.
  • Utilize strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results.
  • Regularly interact with customers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives.
Requirements
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to be solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0-1 years of related professional or retail experience preferred.
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate or graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
