Right at Home Merrillville, IN is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to provide high-quality care and companionship to seniors and disabled adults in Northwest Indiana. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a private sleeping quarters, free meals, and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Reminding clients of medication
- Dressing and grooming
- Transferring and positioning
- Bathing and showering
Requirements include:
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker
- A minimum of 3 years experience caring for a senior or adult
- Experience caring for clients with Alzheimers/Dementia
- Warmth and compassion for people under your care
- Ability to competently perform assigned tasks
- Good communication skills
- Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
