Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining establishment.

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the dishroom, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Ensure all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
• Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly.
• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment, prioritizing the needs of our guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all cleanliness and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
