Medical Screener

As a Medical Screener at CSL Plasma, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of donors by conducting thorough medical screenings and registration procedures. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will make a significant impact on our donors' experience.

1. Conduct medical screenings and registration procedures for donors, including assessing health history, answering medical questions, and performing health screening tests.
2. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into our electronic donor information management system.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient donor flow.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
