About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Prosum. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other technical equipment
  • Educate clients on how to use technology effectively
  • Perform and manage projects for clients
  • Track labor and expenses in PSA
  • Grow documentation
  • Choose and recommend products
  • Perform minor physical moves and mounting
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface and communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and potential clients
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills
  • Crisis management skills
  • Intensely proficient with both admin and user side of Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Southern California.
