Key Responsibilities- Installation and Commissioning: Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date on current technologies and new products in the field, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best solutions for our customers.
- Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation, providing exceptional service and support.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly connect equipment, ensuring it is installed and functioning correctly.
- Vehicle and Equipment Management: Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the company work vehicle, taking ownership of its maintenance and upkeep.
- Industry Standards: Perform all work to industry standards, maintaining a professional manner and appearance at all times.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations, practicing safe work habits.
- Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Competitive Pay: Pierce rate pay (equates to $30.00 - $60.00 per hour)

- Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, overtime, weekends as needed
- Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, commission pay
- Relocation: Port St. Lucie, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience as a lead HVAC installer (minimum three years), able to pass a background, MVR, and drug screen, owns tools needed to complete install projects, able to train and develop install apprentices, up-to-date on FL state code, great communication skills
- License/Certification: EPA Type II (required)
