We are searching for a highly organized Bundled Document Specialist to support our operations in Durham. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a two-month project with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing loan documentation within our system. Your primary duties will include:

  • Efficiently locating and downloading documents in bundled PDF formats.
  • Handling index files and ensuring proper storage in internal folders.
  • Collaborating with our team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing loan documentation within our system.
  • Leveraging our Loan Origination System to locate and download documents.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
