We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at US Foods. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets to track supply usage, maintenance schedules, and other departmental activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and maintain conference room calendars.
  • Assist with setting up appointments for the Department Manager/Supervisor and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and distribution of supplies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
