Job Overview

Precision Plumbing, a leading family-run company in the Carolinas with over 150 plumbers working on major construction projects, is seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to oversee our current and upcoming projects. With a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and discipline, we are looking for individuals who can lead by example and drive our team's success.

Precision Plumbing has been serving the Carolinas for over 39 years, completing large-scale construction projects such as the Bank of America Stadium and numerous hotels, office buildings, and commercial spaces. We are committed to excellence and take pride in our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report progress to Program Managers
  • Organize the work schedule for several teams
  • Supervise all construction workers ensuring teamwork, safety, and discipline
  • Be the liaison between construction workers, supervisors, and superintendents
  • Ensure that a project is adequately staffed, supplied, and run
  • Assign areas of responsibility to plumbing teams and personnel

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IPC plumbing code
  • Ability to teach and train employees
  • Ability to prevent and resolve issues between employees
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
  • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project leadership experience: 1 year
  • Driver's License
  • Journeyman Plumber license

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
