We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Rehmann. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality outpatient clinical services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to consumers in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with community referral sources and interagency colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and emergency on-call services as needed.
  • Manage an individual caseload and maintain fidelity to evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Licensed by the State of Michigan in their relative field as a full license (LMSW) or Limited License (LLMSW).
  • Preferred qualifications include CADC or CAADC certification.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat adults and children with SMI/SED/I/DD using the DSM5.
  • Valid State of Michigan license to practice.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
