Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IMC Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of our hospital's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Monitor hemodynamic status, identify dysrhythmias, and treat accordingly.
- Consult with other departments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
- 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Able to recognize cardiac rhythms
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
