Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IMC Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of our hospital's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement and evaluate care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Monitor hemodynamic status, identify dysrhythmias, and treat accordingly.
  • Consult with other departments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Able to recognize cardiac rhythms
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
