We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and developing care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Current, valid nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
