Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Level III Security License and ability to pass a Psych Eval (MMPI).
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and function with limited supervision.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
- Dependable means of transportation.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.
