As a Furniture Artisan, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, working independently or as part of a team to assemble high-quality, upholstered furniture.
The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods. You must also be comfortable using power tools, air guns, and other equipment required for the job.

About the Role
As a Furniture Artisan, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working in a team atmosphere to assemble and finish furniture components.
- Using various tools and equipment, including staple guns, hammers, and air tools.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong work ethic and ability to meet performance standards.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software used by the company.
- Color vision (for cushion processing position).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
