Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Leasing Specialist to join our team at IEC Property Services Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing activities at our 135-unit apartment community located in Livermore, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
  • Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Requirements:

  • One to three years of multi-family leasing experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
  • Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with good organizational skills
  • Must be available to work weekend hours
