Olmsted Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and coordinate an integrated plan of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Implement nursing interventions and delegate tasks as needed to ensure effective care delivery.
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Evaluate responses to interventions and adjust plans of care as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification/ACLS certification within 90 days
- One to three years of nursing experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
