Diesel Mechanic

At United Rentals, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our rental equipment is in top condition, ready for our customers to use.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance checks on rental equipment to ensure it's safe and ready for use
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and tools, including oil changes, greasing, and fluid checks
- Report any issues or concerns to management, ensuring prompt resolution
- Assist with equipment delivery and pickup, providing excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure seamless operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently
